Date:

The square format of INSTAX films gives you more room to frame your subjects, especially when taking self-portraits or close-up shots. Just twist the lens to activate the Selfie Mode and capture unique moments that reflect your personality and style.

The INSTAX Square SQ40 is Fujifilm’s second square-format analog instant camera to be released this year. It comes with a premium, classical design that highlights the “photographic appeal” of the INSTAX brand. To showcase this, five creative professionals worldwide were selected for a global campaign and used the SQ40 to create a series of striking portraits of their true personalities.

With the INSTAX Square SQ40, Fujifilm aims to introduce new features to help users enjoy the art of taking photos. One is the Auto Exposure function, which determines optimum exposure levels according to the scene in view. This makes it easy for even novice INSTAX users to take beautiful photos with a simple operation, regardless of whether indoors or outdoors.

In addition, the SQ40 has a dedicated Selfie Mode that allows you to take stunning self-portraits and close-ups easily. All you need to do is rotate the lens after powering on the camera to activate the Selfie Mode and then just turn it again to return to the primary shooting mode. With these convenient functions, the SQ40 can help you easily enhance your creativity while capturing memories.

Another notable feature of the SQ40 is the Reverse Galilean finder, which lets users quickly frame their subject and focus on what’s important. This feature helps you to get the best composition when using the camera in any situation.

Additionally, the SQ40 has a powerful Automatic Exposure function that automatically adjusts the image’s brightness to ensure beautiful prints even in changing lighting conditions. In addition, the SQ40 also has a Selfie Mirror positioned next to the lens for effortless framing of self-portraits.

The SQ40 is available in two color variants: Black and Brown. Both variants are available to purchase in stores from June 29th with an MSRP of Rs 16,999. The company has also launched the new “Brown” color variant of the Instax mini Evo, which will be available from July 1st with an MSRP of Rs 19,999. The Instax mini Evo is a hybrid instant camera that combines the fun and satisfaction of traditional analog instant cameras with the convenience of digital imaging technology. When paired with a smartphone, the camera can print high-quality digital images on INSTAX mini films or select, save, and upload shots from a smartphone’s camera roll. This makes it possible to share and preserve memorable moments from any location with anyone, regardless of their photography experience. This new model is now available in a classic brown finish to complement its classic black version and enhance the user experience.
